Terms and Conditions for The Magical Heart Mandala App

1. Private Membership Association

The Magical Heart Mandala operates as a Private Membership Association (PMA) under the jurisdiction of natural law. By accessing or using the app, you affirm that you are a voluntary member of The Magical Heart PMA and agree to be bound by its principles, rules, and community ethos.

This association includes spiritual and educational objectives, and is not a commercial enterprise. All interactions, exchanges, and content within this app are between members only and are not offered to the public at large.

2. Membership Agreement

By creating a member account in the app, you:

Acknowledge and accept the Membership Agreement
Agree to abide by the guidelines set forth in these Terms
Understand that the app is available exclusively to members

Membership Fee: $5.55/month. Cancellation is allowed at any time. Once canceled, access to the app will be revoked.

3. Gift-Giving Cycles and Economic Structure

The Magical Heart Mandala is structured around a gift economy rooted in mutual aid and cyclical giving. Members participate in “mandalas,” where:

Gifts are voluntary acts per each mandala cycle.
Gifts may be financial, educational, personal, or property-based.
Members can participate in multiple mandalas, and in multiple mandala cycles.

These exchanges are not intended to be financial investments.

4. Code of Conduct

All members are expected to uphold the values of kindness, respect, and alignment. The following are not tolerated:

Malicious speech or actions toward fellow members
Unethical behavior or misuse of the community for personal gain
Illegal or criminal activity of any kind

Disputes should be directed to the Conflict Resolution Team. Unresolved violations may result in immediate removal from the Magical Heart PMA.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All materials, teachings, and resources within the app are exclusive to members.
You may not distribute or reproduce materials outside the membership.
You are welcome to invite others to join the Magical Heart Mandala and access content lawfully.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

We are committed to transparency and integrity in how we collect, use, and store your data.

Data We Collect

Full name, date/time/place of birth, gender, photo, and email
Mandala participation data (gifts, cycles, timelines)
App usage data and location

How We Use Your Data

Operate the app and manage mandala cycles
Communicate with members and send newsletters
Conduct internal research to improve the app
Ensure safety, security, and lawful compliance

We May Share Data

With internal staff (customer service, admins, research, IT)
With affiliated entities: Be The Love, Be The Change, Alma de Madre, and others
With legal advisors or authorities as required by law

Data Retention

Operational data is retained while your membership is active.
Research data is retained for up to 18 months.
Inactive member data may be retained up to 1 year, then permanently deleted.

Your Rights

You may opt out of newsletters and marketing communications.
You maintain ownership of your data while a member.
Data is securely stored and managed with protective safeguards.

7. Refund Policy

All gifts and membership fees are non-refundable. As a spiritually-rooted association, we regard each gift as a sacred and voluntary act.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

The Magical Heart Mandala is not responsible for personal decisions, experiences, or outcomes related to participation in mandala cycles.
This app does not offer medical, legal, or financial advice.
Members agree to use the app at their own discretion and risk.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Members will be notified of major changes. Continued use of the app after updates implies acceptance.
