The Magical Heart Membership Association Agreement

The Member hereby accepts the terms of membership in The Magical Heart Membership Association (hereinafter the Association), a private venue, original and exclusive jurisdiction membership association available only by invitation and with application approval. With the sealing of this membership agreement, the Member accepts the offer made to become a member of the Association.

Mission Statement

By reading this agreement, the Member agrees to act in accordance with The Magical Heart’s mission statement: Together we are creating a new paradigm — freedom, love, and abundance for all.

Our Community

This Association of members hereby declares that we are a gift-giving community that is here to support each other while we find our inner magic. We have agreed to offer our time, talents, and treasure to help each other through this process. As members, we affirm jurisdiction under inherent law as Divine Law.

This agreement is entered to become part of a vibrant, supportive community that empowers individuals to discover and express their unique talents and passions. It’s about finding one’s “inner magic” — that authentic spark that brings joy and fulfillment — while being surrounded by others on a similar path. The community fosters an environment where members are encouraged to pursue what truly makes them happy, whether through creative endeavors, personal growth, or passion projects. In this space, individuals are not only supported in their journeys but also allowed to share their gifts with others, creating a dynamic exchange of inspiration and mutual support. By doing so, the membership becomes a collective where everyone contributes to the growth, happiness, and success of the group as a whole.

Private Relationship

This agreement is between members of the Association in a private relationship. In confirmation, each member has freely chosen to change his/her lawful status in this Association from a public person to a private member of the Association. Each member’s activities within the Association are protected by this private contract that precludes each member from sharing any private information regarding the Association or fellow Members with the public or any non-members, keeping all business in the private domain and utilizing the protections guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Constitution to conduct business in private and to provide a platform for members to conduct business in the private domain under all protections acknowledged and guaranteed by the Constitution of the UNITED STATES, and any previous protections guaranteed.

Thus, the Member hereby certifies, attests, and warrants that the Member, of sound mind and body and competent to sign, has carefully read and understood the plain language of this agreement for The Magical Heart Membership Association to voluntarily accept the private terms to bind the Member, nominees, agents and assigns in confidentiality for a minimum of 20 years.
